We helped 60 people facing redundancy gain the confidence and skills that they needed to take the next step on their career journey.

After a wave of redundancies in the retail sector, a large number of people were left feeling demoralised because they felt as though they didn’t possess the digital skills that they needed to secure a new job now and in the future. retailTRUST – a charity that aims to support those working in or retired from the retail industry – asked for our help to develop a coaching programme to help those that were affected.
We built a two-hour workshop – held at House of Fraser stores across London, Cardiff and Glasgow – that covered topics such as email and collaborative tools, best practice and digital footprint to help attendees learn new digital skills. The content was designed to suit a diverse audience with different levels of knowledge and understanding.
Our digital training workshops were delivered in 10 shopping center locations. We provided training to over 60 people, helping them gain the confidence and skills needed to take the next step on their career journey. The programme is ongoing and we are looking to expand over 2019.
