Upskilling the Crash team in immersive SEO and Analytics

Upskilling a team of Crash journalists with the latest trends in immersive SEO and Analytics.

Challenge

As they were proficient digital marketers, we needed to gauge what topics would resonate best with the audience. Crash conducted an internal survey to see what topics the attendees would like to be more up-to-date. After analysing the results, the clear front runners were SEO and Analytics, both of which strongly suggested for delivery by the CEO.

Solution

We needed to build and deliver a half day course that would upskill the 8 journalists from Crash, Golf Magic and Visordown, in the current trends of SEO and Analytics. The key aspects of the session included a deeper understanding of SEO, Paid Search and Google Analytics.

We brought in one of our SEO and Analytics experts to deliver the session. The content and examples that we used were up to date and very relevant for the audience of journalists. This was achieved through multiple meetings and video calls to ensure that the objectives and branding were in line with the brief.

Results

All 8 journalists are now fully trained in SEO and Analytics. We met the expectations of every attendee and all of them have pledged that they will implement 100% of training.
